One thing is certain: the event industry is currently in a state of total upheaval due to corona. Like many other event organizers, agencies and companies, we are also facing new challenges:
live events are hardly possible in their usual form. Online events have become the standard.

Everything online only, or what?

Not only despite everything, but ESPECIALLY NOW, we are convinced that real events and brand stagings – of course in compliance with all applicable precautionary measures – are of irreplaceable benefit to brands. Digital events cannot offer the following in combination under any circumstances:

Social benefit: People are social beings and want to come into contact with other people. In a protected environment, with minimum distancing, MNS, disinfection, etc., meeting others must also be possible in the future.

Emotional benefits: Live events generate REAL EMOTIONS that have a lasting effect. Especially in times when not many events are possible.

Cognitive benefit: People still have the need to get to know new things by “grasping” them. Brands that can be experienced directly by customers in times of crisis have a sustainable competitive advantage.

The live event 2.0

Online or digital events CANNOT REPLACE real events, because only reality offers multidimensional spaces for use. That is why we are already setting sail for “Live Events NEW”, because brands must remain tangible:

  • Stations – whether for a brand presentation in retail or a roadshow – are designed by us in such a way that they manage as well as possible without support as a stand-alone presentation. This also reduces personnel costs for the brand.
