General Terms and Conditions
- All prices quoted (if not separately marked or described) are net prices excluding VAT.
- Each additional hour expressly ordered by the organizer (including shortly before the end of the event) will be charged at EUR 45.00 (excl. VAT) per experience manager deployed.
- AKM and other fees incurred in connection with the event shall be borne by the organizer.
- Unless otherwise stated, the communicated prices do not include meals for employees (daily allowances). The organizer is therefore responsible for the catering of the experience managers. It is possible to purchase this service free of charge at EUR 30.00 (excl. VAT) per experience manager deployed.
- Unless otherwise agreed, any accommodation costs incurred by our employees shall be borne by the organizer. A minimum standard must be guaranteed on the basis of a single room/DU/WC in a room with breakfast (free purchase of EUR 90.00 per night/employee possible).
- Cancellation conditions for services provided by “Das Erlebnismanagement”:
From booking confirmation 25% of the order amount
Up to 21 days before the event 50% of the order amount
Up to 14 days before the event 80% of the order amount
Up to 7 days before the event 100% of the order amount
Excluded are advance payments made for the purchase of special materials for certain events; these advance payments cannot be refunded, the purchased material becomes the property of the client. - We recommend taking out bad weather insurance: Don’t take any risks even in bad weather! With bad weather insurance, you can cancel your event free of charge by 12 noon on the day before the event or the day of set-up by calling 03332 666 26 0 or 0676 840 170 170. The insurance costs are only 20% of the net amount excluding VAT, but at least EUR 500.00 (sponsor contributions must be taken into account when calculating the premium).
- Pandemic insurance: Stay protected with your event. With our “pandemic insurance” you can cancel your event free of charge up to 7 days before the event or set-up day by calling 03332 666 26 0 or 0676 840 170 170.
The insurance costs are 15% of the net amount excluding VAT, but at least EUR 390.00
(sponsor contributions must be taken into account when calculating the premium). - Terms of payment: 14 days after receipt of invoice without deduction. In the event of late payment, a processing fee of EUR 30.00 (net) + 8% p.a. interest on arrears will be charged. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to take legal action for payment, the costs of which shall also be borne by the client.
- The organizer is responsible for providing the number of assistants for set-up and dismantling specified in the agreement. Delays in set-up and dismantling times will be charged at EUR 45.00 per staff hour.
- Access to and departure from the event and parking facilities must be secured. Any costs incurred if the event does not start on time due to a lack of access shall be borne by the organizer. Additional personnel costs incurred due to an inability to depart from the event shall be borne by the organizer (EUR 45.00 per hour and employee).
- Parking facilities and permits must be available for the vehicles of Das Erlebnismanagement. Penalties incurred due to a lack of parking facilities shall be borne by the client.
- If wind speeds exceed 35 km/h, we are obliged, according to civil engineering reports, to dismantle or not operate inflatable play equipment such as tents, stage tents, bouncy castles, slides, etc. for safety reasons.
- Costs for standing times of EUR 45.00 per hour and employee (e.g. ceremonial act, delays, earlier set-up required) shall be borne by the organizer.
- Liability insurance: “Das Erlebnismanagement” has taken out liability insurance for the program in the amount of EUR 5,000,000.00 as part of the events. This liability insurance covers property damage and personal injury to third parties caused by our employees or our material. It does not cover damage at the event caused by errors that do not fall within our area of responsibility (e.g. lack of road barriers, etc.).
- We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the organizer’s own supervision or collection of equipment or stations, as the play stations are not supervised or set up and dismantled by us.
- Liability: Parents are also liable for their children during their participation in the adventure programs. No supervisory responsibility is assumed for participating children.
- All personnel carrying out the individual programs of “Das Erlebnismanagement” must have free access to the event site and the necessary facilities. We cannot accept any liability for delays caused by a lack of access.
- The place of jurisdiction is A-8280 Fürstenfeld.
